SPINA BIFIDA CHECK PRESENTATION OF 2007 RAFFLE CAR PROCEEDS.

We've been active with our primary charity, Spina Bifida Association of Greater Pennsylvania since our inception, with both Spina Bifida and the LCCC celebrating
29-year anniversaries in 2007.  Besides the $29,000 check the club helped Spina Bifida raise money at the
Motorama event in Harrisburg PA.

LCCC again supported a number of other Spina Bifida activities, including the “Young Eagles Flying Party” at Capital City Airport, providing sponsorship for their first annual golf scramble, and helping with a variety of direct fundraising activities such as sales of Entertainment® discount books and affinity bracelets. The club used 5 autocross, 25 civic parades, and 3 concours events to also raise money for the Spina Bifida throughout the year.

The club also supports a number of other worthy causes in the local community (such as food for needy families, family gifts at Christmas) and has been recognized nationally for its efforts.  Plus the club is assigned a two mile section of highway with the State of Pennsylvania Adopt-A-Highway clean-up program.
